The 3,000 m² plant is situated on a 35,000 m² property in Los Angeles, Chile, and is fully equipped with the latest technology for milling, drying, and formulating high-quality botanical powders.
With an impressive annual output of 3,000 tons, the facility enables Plantae Labs to meet the growing demand for natural feed additives and agricultural solutions. The plant’s location in Los Angeles provides optimal access to high-quality raw materials and supports our focus on local, sustainable sourcing. The advanced technology used in our manufacturing process ensures that we deliver consistently high-quality products, preserving the natural properties of the botanicals, such as Quillaja saponaria, which are crucial for their effectiveness in animal nutrition and agriculture.
This expansion allows Plantae Labs to diversify its product portfolio by offering dry botanical powders, complementing our existing Quillaja Extracts portfolio.
